HELPING SAVE LIVES Mosquitoes Don’t Deserve a Drop™

Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. The American Red Cross® works tirelessly every day to supply 40% of the nation’s blood supply, collecting roughly 13,000 blood donations to meet the needs of patients across the country. Each donation can save the lives of up to three people.

At Orkin, we believe Mosquitoes Don’t Deserve a Drop™, which is why we partner with the Red Cross to help save lives on two fronts.
Since 2020 in accordance with mosquito season, Orkin has donated more than $370,000 to the Red Cross in addition to encouraging the public to donate blood to the organization through a nation-wide SleevesUp campaign providing Orkin customers and employees opportunities to give blood. Our goal is two-fold: to help boost our country’s blood supply while protecting people against the public health threats of mosquitoes.
